Shipping in India

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders
We offer FREE shipping within India on all prepaid orders. Once you place an order, your items will be shipped within 2 working days.

Express Shipping
We also offer express shipping for a charge of ₹80. If you choose express shipping, your order will be prioritized for faster delivery.

Delivery Duration

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: Expect a delivery time of 3-4 working days.
  • Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: Delivery might span between 7-10 working days.

Coverage and Delivery
We use Delhivery logistics services for shipping. However, our coverage is limited to the areas they serve. If your address is in a location not covered by these services, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure your order reaches you.

Delivery Times
Please note that during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or pandemics, your shipment might experience delays. We assure you that we will do our best to have your parcel delivered to you in a timely manner.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in India with a charge of ₹100 per article.

Sale Products
Please note that there are no exchanges or returns on sale products.

For packages that appear damaged or tampered with upon arrival, we urge you to decline the delivery. Please contact our customer support at +919996291403 or email us at support@tradsew.com, providing your order number. We will prioritize a replacement delivery for you.

Cancellation Policy

Our Right to Cancel:
Tradsew retains the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances without any obligation for justification. We guarantee timely communication regarding any such cancellations and subsequent refunds.

Customer Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order post-confirmation, please reach out to us at +919996291403 or email us at support@tradsew.com, stating your ORDER No. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this duration, cancellations are typically not allowed, except in special situations. Approved cancellations post 24 hours will lead to the issuance of a store credit /gift voucher code for future shopping. Note: Direct phone or chat requests for cancellations will not be processed.

SALE:
Promotional discounts or coupon codes are not valid on items already on sale.

Customized Orders:
Tailored items are non-returnable or exchangeable, barring cases of manufacturing defects. No discounts will be provided on customization costs.

Refunds:
Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will result in a gift voucher for future purchases. Refunds, will be processed within 15 business days.

Note: Refund processing might experience slight delays during high-demand intervals like sales or holiday seasons. Items acquired during sales are non-refundable. Tradsew will never process refunds exceeding the product's original purchase value.
