Return Policy
We do not entertain requests for returns. However, in case you receive a damaged product or one that doesn't fit you perfectly you can exchange it for another product. Please read the guidelines below for exchange.Β
Exchange Policy
We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you need to exchange your item for a different size, please follow these steps:
- Eligibility: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchange Fee: We charge a nominal fee of Rs 100/- for processing the exchange shipment. This fee helps us maintain a seamless exchange process and solely covers the shipment costs incurred for delivery. By charging this minimal amount, we ensure that we can continue offering you hassle-free exchanges, making it easy and convenient to get the right size!
- Exchange Limitations: Exchanges can be made for another size of the same style only. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of similar value.

Pickup Service
We offer a pickup service for exchanges in several areas, but this may not be available in all locations due to logistical reasons.

If Pickup Service is Available:
- The pickup service is provided only once and maximum two attempts will be made. If the package is not accepted by the pickup agent, you will need to send it back yourself.
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging with the return label attached.

If Pickup Service is Not Available:
- You are responsible for sending the item back to us.
- Ensure the return package is in its original condition and securely attach the provided return label.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-tailored juttis
- Special orders or personalized items
- Products showing signs of wear and tear
Ensure your item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for a successful exchange. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale Items
No exchanges or returns on sale products. Items bought on sale will not be exchanged or returned.
